Maine School of Masonry tackles Fort Knox Long Alley

PROSPECT — Stephen “Mitch” Mitchell, CEO of Maine School of Masonry, brought students to work at Fort Knox Tuesday, May 23. The students gained practical masonry experience by repointing Fort Knox stonework in the fortification’s long alley. This effort by the masonry school will be ongoing each spring and fall for the foreseeable future.
